Tacoma Community College was looking for help adding a little life to their beginning of the year teacher and staff assembly. Stokes provided everything from stage and drape to lights and audio visual. Working with a variety of requests and requirements provided our audio visual technicians a opportunity to be creative in a new space.
The location that was chosen was still partly under construction, out team was able to coordinate with all those who were attempting to use or construct the space to build and wire the events stage and electrical equipment. Using LED lights to up light the stage from behind, as well as, stage wash lights from the back of the space, the stage was not only highlighted but the speakers were visible from every corner of the space ensuring each guest was able to see. Despite the challenges, the space was successfully changed from school gym to large conference space where staff and teachers were able to receive beginning of the year information and celebrate the beginning of a new school year.
